Deliverytimes
Standard delivery times
If the product is ordered before 12:00 noon and the product is in stock, then the product will be handed to the delivery company the same day. The order will be delivered on average in 48 hours (except during the weekend).
Custom delivery times
In some cases, there are additional deliverycosts and/or delivering an order will take more time. There are various reasons for this, such as extra transport time because your package must clear through UK Customs .
Ordering during the weekend: Orders that have been made during the weekend will only be processed on monday.
Delivery around the holidays: Around the holidays the delivery of the order may take longer. This is mainly due to the busyness of the delivery company.
Order is not delivered / complete
Sometimes it may happen that a package is not delivered. If this is the case, first check the letterbox. The parcel deliverer leaves a ticket if no one was at home or the parcel was delivered to the neighbors.
The package is not complete
If several products have been ordered, some of which were not in stock at the time of order, then in some cases the order will be split into several deliveries. The other products will then be delivered later
Change delivery address
Would you like to change the delivery adress? Then contact us as soon as possible. Often the delivery company can change it for you, or it might has not have picked up your package yet and it is possible for us to change the address.
