Returns

If you purchase a product in our webshop, but you want to return your product, you have the right to claim the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal gives you the right to exchange the product or get back the purchase amount within 20 days of purchase without giving a reason. You are allowed to try out the product as you would in a physical store.

You can remove the product from the package, unless the package contains a seal. If you have done more than necessary to try the product, we can charge costs for this.

Conditions for the right of withdrawal

To be able to make use of the right of withdrawal, certain conditions must be met:

• The right of withdrawal can only be claimed 20 days after purchase.
• The product has been purchased privately. Business customers cannot claim the right of withdrawal.
• The right to the full purchase amount expires when we notice visible signs of use such as damage, missing accessories or a missing original packaging. In that case you will receive a partial reimbursement.

Exceptions

• Services whose performance has begun with your permission (eg Customizing a product such as GrillGrate.)
• Custom made products
• Products that cannot be returned after opening due to hygienic reasons, such as barbecues that have been used.
• Business customers

Can I return my physical store purchase?

The right of withdrawal only applies to purchases via a webshop. However, we are willing to take back your physical store purchase under certain conditions. These conditions are almost the same as taking back products that have been purchased online.

If you are not sure whether we will take your product back, you can contact us or visit us with the product.

When will I get my purchase amount back?

In the event of a withdrawal, you will receive most payments back. The costs you are entitled to receive is the amount of the product to be returned including delivery costs for the initial shipment. Here are some costs for which you will not get back the amount:

• Products with a broken seal
• Products that cannot be returned after opening due to hygienic reasons, such as barbecues that have been used.
• Additional costs for special shipping options
• Costs for installation and build in

Your purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible, within 20 days after you have indicated that you want to make use of the right of withdrawal and return. You bear the costs for the return shipment. The costs depend on the weight and size of the package.
